In order to become either a Property & Casualty Broker/Agent or a Life & Health Agent all Unlicensed Persons must complete their respective 40-hour live classroom instruction in a Pre-Licensing Course, as well as 12-hours of live classroom instruction in Code & Ethics.
The 12-hours Parts A, B & C of classroom instruction must be completed within six months of Registration and must be completed in order to receive a Certificate of Completion as required by The State of California Department of Insurance.
